
Scallops meats are "shucked" or cut year round, lightly
washed and packed within our factory. The meats are sold either
fresh or frozen.
Typically scallop meat is packed to 500 grams, 1 kilo and 2 kilo bags.
If you require different weights we would be happy to receive your enquiry.
The roe orange coral of the scallop meat may be present depending on
the time of the year and of area of capture. Fresh scallop meat has up
to 5 days shelf life; if purchased frozen it can be kept to up to two
years.

It is recommended that this product is eaten on the day of delivery.
Fresh scallops (raw) sold per dozen in the shell.
It is recommended that this product is eaten on the day of delivery. Once
cleaned and removed from the shell, this product will require cooking.
Frozen scallops
Sold per kilo/half kilo out of the shell, they are covered in a protective
glaze, all cleaned and ready to cook. Goods are unlikely to remain frozen
during delivery, although they will remain in a chilled environment. We
therefore recommend that you consume these goods within 1 day of delivery.
