Unless otherwise requested, this product will be sent to you already cooked.
Should you require a live crawfish, please cook on day of delivery. Cooked
crawfish should be consumed within 2 days of delivery, unless frozen (please
follow freezer manufacturer's guidelines
Mussels
Live in the shell per kilo/500g.
Smoked Salmon
Sold per 250g packs. Ready to eat. Faboulous when used as a crab
and prawn parcel. Simply mix white crabmeat with peeled prawns and some
Marie Rose sauce and ground black pepper to taste, put a small amount
on a piece of smoked salmon and roll up. Add a dash of lemon juice for
a classic starter.
Anchovies garlic / oriental / provencal
Sold per kilo/125g or to customers needs. Ready
to eat
Crevettes (large cooked and frozen prawns)
Sold per kilo/500g. Ready to eat, but can be cooked in a variety
of ways. These are great on the barbeque cooked with the shells on.
Peeled prawns cooked and frozen
Sold per kilo/500g/250g. Ready to eat
Raw tail (frozen) headless prawns
Sold per kilo/500g. This is gross weight, the tails are covered
in a protective glaze. These will need defrosting before cooking. Can
be cooked with shell on or off depending on how you like them. These are
lovely if cooked in butter and olive oil, with garlic onions, peppers
and mushrooms adding the prawns last as they need little cooking. They
turn a lovely pink colour when ready. Add a splash of white wine if you
feel adventurous!
